We make Christian coloring books for kids, with one goal: bring Christ back into the home and give kids a fun way to do it.
Who we are
Welcome Him is a small, independent Christian publisher. We make coloring books for two age groups, kids 5 to 8 and kids 9 to 15, and sell them on Amazon.
Why we make these books
Faith grows at home: at the supper table, at bedtime, in the car on the way to church. We wanted something a parent or grandparent could hand a child on a Tuesday afternoon that opens a conversation about Jesus without feeling like homework.
A coloring book does that well. A child spends twenty quiet minutes on one picture of the shepherds or the boy with five loaves, and the story sinks in. Then the page goes on the fridge, and somebody asks about it at supper.
Where the name comes from
When Jesus passed through Jericho he looked up at Zacchaeus in the sycamore tree and said he was coming to his house that day. Zacchaeus "hurried, came down, and received him joyfully" (Luke 19:6). That is the picture we hold onto: Christ welcomed into the home, gladly.
What goes into every book
- Bible stories told faithfully. Each story page is drawn from a named passage, so you can read it together.
- Faith at home. Pages of families praying, giving thanks, singing and helping neighbors.
- Easy to color. Thick, clean lines and big shapes, one picture per sheet with a blank back.
- Words spelled right. Short phrases like "Jesus Loves You" are typeset by us, not drawn freehand.
How we make the pictures
Our line art is created with the help of AI image tools and then checked page by page by us: every face, every count (three wise men, five loaves) and every line. Pages that don't meet our standard are redrawn or dropped.
