The short version: this website has no accounts, no tracking cookies, no ads and no analytics. If you email us, we use your email only to reply.
This policy covers welcomehim.com, run by [LLC legal name], doing business as Welcome Him ("we", "us"). Our books are sold by Amazon, and anything you do on Amazon is covered by Amazon's own privacy notice, not this one.
What we collect
When you visit the site. We don't set cookies or use analytics or advertising trackers. Our web host, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse: your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. Cloudflare handles this under its own privacy policy, and we don't use it to identify you.
When you email us. We receive your email address, name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use it only to answer you and, for church or school orders, to arrange the order.
When you download a free page. Nothing is collected. The download needs no signup.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your information.
- We don't share it, except with service providers who help us run the site or our email (such as our web host and email provider), or when the law requires it.
- We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The site is written for parents, grandparents and teachers. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we'll delete it.
How long we keep it
We keep emails as long as needed to answer you and handle any order, then delete them when they're no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Links to other sites
Our "Buy on Amazon" buttons and other links take you to sites we don't control. Their privacy practices are their own.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@welcomehim.com. Depending on where you live (for example California or the European Union) you may have further rights under local law, and we'll honor them.
Changes
If we change this policy, for example if we add a newsletter, we'll update this page and the date above before the change takes effect.
